Location: We are proudly located in Manila City, Philippines. For our exact address, please reach out to us at sales@pawtastic.ph.

Payment Methods: We offer convenient payment options including BPI, Gcash, and Credit Card.

Order Modifications and Address Changes: Need to make changes to your order or update your shipping address? Please contact us immediately at @pawtastic.ph, and we'll assist you promptly.

Pickup Options: If you prefer to arrange pickup via Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, or other delivery services, simply message us @pawtastic.ph with your request, and we'll ensure your package is ready for pickup.

Shipping Fee: Our shipping fee is P65 for Metro Manila customers and P100 for orders outside Metro Manila.

Shipping Schedule: We ship orders twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please refer to the table below for shipment days based on your payment date.

Delivery Timeframe: While we strive for quick delivery, please allow 1-3 business days for Metro Manila orders and 6-10 business days for Provincial orders to arrive.

Returns for Damaged Goods: If your pet tag arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with a photo of the damaged tag. We will promptly assist you and find a suitable solution, which may include providing a replacement tag. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
