If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer replacements within 30 days of purchase for orders that have damages or wrong information (if the information written was correct and it was Pawtastic's Team that was at fault). 

The replacement item will be sent to the shipping address in the order. Thank you!
